Prices, availability, turnaround estimates, shipping, pickup details, and custom-design approvals are confirmed as part of each order. Customers are responsible for reviewing names, spelling, sizes, colors, and artwork before approving a custom design.

Custom products

Because custom items are made for a specific customer, cancellation and return eligibility may differ from ordinary stock merchandise. The final return, remake, and cancellation rules must be approved by the owner before live sales begin.
